Geltungsbereich

Diese Geschäftsbedingungen gelten zwischen:

  • Aussteller des Keramikpanoramas in Murten (nachfolgend "Austeller" genannt) welche am 1. und 2. September 2018 offiziell registriert sind

und

  • dem Fotografen Patrick Pellegrini (nachfolgend "Fotografen" genannt), welcher offiziell durch den Vorstand des Keramikpanoramas in dieser Funktion aufgeboten wurde

Dienstleistungen

Der Fotograf bietet für Aussteller folgende Dienstleistungen an:

Fotografie
  • Für einen Betrag von CHF 100 werden Ihre Exponate je nach Wunsch beim Stand des Fotografen in einem Lichtzelt oder draussen in der Umgebung des Keramikpanoramas fotografiert.
  • Die Grösse des Lichtzeltes beträgt 150x150cm.
  • Zur Gestaltung der Bilder können Sie gerne eigene Ideen einbringen.
  • Für diesen Betrag erhalten Sie 10 - 12 ausgewählte Bilder, die Sie ohne Namensnennung des Fotografen frei für Druck und Web verwenden können.
  • Eine Anmeldung für die Dienstleistung "Fotografie" ist vor der Ausstellung erwünscht.
Videografie
  • Für einen Betrag von CHF 800 - 1000 erstellen wir Ihnen ein Videoportrait von Ihnen und Ihren Arbeiten.
  • Fahrspesen werden von Fall zu Fall berechnet.
  • Dieses Video können Sie für Ihre Webseite oder sonstige Präsentationen verwenden.
  • Die Realisation des Videos findet vor oder nach der Ausstellung statt.
  • Eine Anmeldung für die Dienstleistung "Videografie" ist zwingend.

Ces termes et conditions s'appliquent entre:

  • Les exposants du panorama céramique à Morat, enregistrés pour les 1er et 2 septembre 2018

et

  • le photographe Patrick Pellegrini, nommé par le comité du Panorama Céramique

Prestations

Le photographe offre les services suivants aux exposants:

Photographie
  • Pour un montant de CHF 100, vos objets exposés seront photographiés sur le stand du photographe sous tente ou en dehors du panorama céramique, selon vos souhaits.
  • La taille de la tente (Softbox) est de 150x150cm.
  • Pour la conception des images, vous êtes invités à contribuer en amenant vos propres idées.
  • Pour le montant donné, vous recevrez 10 - 12 photos sélectionnées, que vous pourrez utiliser librement pour l'impression et le web sans nommer le photographe.
  • L'inscription au service "Photographie" est recommandée avant l'exposition.
Vidéographie
  • Pour un montant de CHF 800 - 1000, nous créons un portrait vidéo, vous représentant vous ainsi que votre travail
  • Les frais de voyage sont calculés au cas par cas.
  • Vous pourrez utiliser cette vidéo pour votre site Web ou d'autres présentations.
  • La réalisation de la vidéo a lieu avant ou après l'exposition.
  • L'inscription au service "Vidéographie" est obligatoire.

Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply between:
  • Selected exhibitors of the ceramic panorama in Murten, 1 and 2 September 2018
and
 
  • the photographer Patrick Pellegrini, officially nominated by the Board of the Ceramic Panorama

Services

The photographer offers the following services to exhibitors:

Photography
  • For an amount of CHF 100, your exhibits will be photographed at the photographer's stand in a light tent or outside the ceramic panorama, as desired.
  • The size of the light tent is 150x150cm.
    For the design of the pictures, you are welcome to contribute your own ideas.
  • For this amount you will receive 10 - 12 selected pictures, which you can freely use for printing and web without naming the photographer.
  • Registration for the "Photography" service is required prior to the exhibition.

Videography

  • For an amount of CHF 800 - 1000 we will create a video portrait of you and your work.
  • Travel expenses are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
  • You can use this video for your website or other presentations.
  • The realization of the video takes place before or after the exhibition.
  • Registration for the "Videography" service is mandatory.
